Arrowpoint Advisory announces team promotions
Arrowpoint Advisory is pleased to announce the promotions of Jamie Hutton and Lewis Gray to Director and Joe Austin and Dustin Stevens to Assistant Director.

Director Jamie Hutton has worked across a broad range of transactions since joining the firm as an Analyst in 2014 from KPMG. Notable transactions include advising on the sale of Graze to Unilever, the acquisition of Alston Elliot by Inflexion and the secondary buy-outs of Key Travel and Capital Economics. Jamie is also a senior member of Arrowpoint’s Management Advisory team, working closely with MD Simon Cope-Thompson.
Director Lewis Gray also joined Arrowpoint Advisory as an Analyst in 2014 from PwC and has dedicated his time executing transactions across the Business Services sector. Lewis has completed a large range of transactions including the buy-outs of The Instant Group and LOD (Lawyers on Demand) both backed by Bowmark Capital, the sale of Tessella to Altran and the sale of CLEAN Linen to ALSCO.
Assistant Director Joe Austin joined the team as an Analyst from KPMG in 2017 and divides his time between the Business Services and Industrial sectors. He has advised on a range of clients including the sale of Aston Lark to Goldman Sachs and the buy-outs of The Instant Group and LOD.
Assistant Director Dustin Stevens joined the team as an Analyst in 2017 from Deloitte, where he worked in South Africa and Chicago before arriving in the United Kingdom. At Arrowpoint Advisory, Dustin has focused on working with clients across the Consumer and Healthcare sectors. Notable transactions include the buy-out of We Are Discounts and the sale of PEI Media, both to Bridgepoint Development Capital, and the sale of Novosco to CANCOM SE.
