Karen Dawaf and Barry Sheehan promoted to Managing Directors
Arrowpoint Advisory is delighted to announce that Karen Dawaf and Barry Sheehan have become Managing Directors in the firm’s Healthcare and Business Services sector teams respectively.
Karen has been with Arrowpoint Advisory for over eight years and has played an important role in developing the firm’s Healthcare sector practice. Karen’s recent transactions include the sale of a significant interest in Veramed, the leading specialist biostatistics and programming Contract Research Organisation serving pharmaceutical and biotech clients across the UK, Europe and US to private equity investor Livingbridge, and the sale of Ascenti Health, a technology-led disruptor in the UK physiotherapy and mental wellbeing markets, to bd-capital partners.

Barry joined Arrowpoint Advisory in 2014 and in that time has had great success building the firm’s presence in Supply Chain Services & Technology. Barry recently advised Lightfoot, the UK’s leading provider of in-cab driver coaching and engagement technology, on its investment from Volpi Capital and the sale of SMH Fleet Solutions, one of the UK’s largest vehicle preparation, logistics and storage businesses, to Cazoo, the online car retailer.
