Arrowpoint Advisory welcomes Analysts James Rosanwo, Zach Mandel and Frank Connolly to its growing team
Arrowpoint Advisory, the dedicated mid-market advisory team of Rothschild & Co in the UK, continues to grow with the arrival of three new Analysts - James Rosanwo, Zach Mandel and Frank Connolly - to meet client demand for the firm’s services.
James Rosanwo joined Arrowpoint Advisory in early 2025 after spending three years in the M&A Transaction Services team at Deloitte, advising both corporate and private equity clients across a range of sectors. James is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BSc in Finance from Durham University.
After graduating from the University of Bristol in 2018, Zach Mandel qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG before moving to the Transaction Services team at Deloitte, where he advised both corporate and private equity clients.
Prior to joining Arrowpoint Advisory, Frank Connolly spent nearly three years working at Key Capital, a M&A advisory boutique in Ireland, where he worked on a range of sell-side and buy-side transactions. Frank holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin and a Master of Finance from Trinity College Dublin, from which he graduated with first class honours.
