Neil Grogan, Alex Penny and Will Preston promoted to Assistant Director

Arrowpoint Advisory is delighted to announce that, Neil Grogan, Alex Penny and Will Preston have been promoted to Assistant Director.

Neil Grogan started his career at PwC in Dublin and New York. While at PwC, Neil worked in the corporate finance team. He then spent two years working in a London based technology M&A boutique before joining Arrowpoint Advisory in 2021, where he focuses on the Telecoms, Media and Technology sectors. Neil is a CFA Charterholder and a Chartered Accountant.

Alex Penny joined Arrowpoint Advisory in 2022. Prior to this, he spent four years working at IBI Corporate Finance, where he advised on a number of buy-side and sell-side transactions across a variety of sectors. Alex graduated with a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from University College, Dublin in 2018, before qualifying as an ACA.

After graduating from the University of Birmingham with first class honours in 2016, Will Preston qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG. During this time, he worked within the Transaction Services team, advising both corporate and private equity clients as well as completing a secondment to the restructuring practice. Will joined Arrowpoint Advisory in 2020 and focuses primarily on the Consumer, Retail and Leisure sector.
