Alicorn Venture Partners and Susquehanna Growth Equity have put in place a committed ARR financing package to support their take-private of Glassbox

Rothschild & Co’s mid-market Debt Advisory team, Arrowpoint Advisory, have advised Alicorn Venture Partners (“Alicorn”) and Susquehanna Growth Equity (“SGE”) on an ARR financing to support their acquisition and delisting of Glassbox, with facilities provided by HSBC Innovation Banking.

Glassbox is a global leader in the digital customer experience market, providing a service offering used to capture, analyse and enhance the digital sessions and interactions of users. Glassbox’s team has developed cutting-edge digital experience analytics tools, helping large institutions worldwide understand and optimise their customer journeys at a deeply granular level. The platform’s advanced capabilities provide deep insights into customer behaviour, helping enterprises optimise digital journeys, leading to increased CX and revenue growth.

Alicorn is a venture capital firm specializing in secondary investments across Europe. The firm invests in and acquires stakes in technology companies, spanning expertise in high-tech, deep-tech, and beyond.
