Rentals United has been acquired by Guesty, Inc.

Arrowpoint Advisory’s TMT team have advised Rentals United, a leading channel management SaaS platform for vacation rentals on the sale of the company to Guesty, Inc.

Rentals United connects and synchronises property data across online channels. The platform enables property managers to distribute their listings across more than 60 booking channels globally, providing first rate distribution and integration as well as a global reach that goes beyond traditional channels.

This acquisition combines two best-in-class software providers in the short-term rental space to create a robust offering that is unmatched in the industry and opens up new revenue opportunities for property managers.

Founded in 2015, Rentals United is a long-time partner of Guesty - available to Guesty’s customers through its marketplace of integrations.
