Stuba has been acquired by Go Global Travel
Arrowpoint Advisory’s Consumer, Retail and Leisure sector team has advised Stuba on their sale to Israel-headquarted Go Global Travel, a portfolio company of Korea-based Yanolja Cloud.
Stuba, founded in 1991 and headquartered in India, is a tech-driven B2B provider of accommodation booking services for travel agents, providing them with access to preferential rates and services across a broad portfolio of accommodation globally.
Go Global Travel is an innovative B2B Hotel and Technology provider established in 2000. They provide over 20,000 client partners access to 1,000,000 hotels and apartments in more than 70,000 locations around the world.
Jamie Hutton, Director at Arrowpoint Advisory, commented: “We are delighted to have supported Matt, Ruchir and the wider Stuba team on their successful sale. Over the last 30+ years they have built a truly differentiated asset in the market, recognised for exceptional service and cutting edge technology. In Go Global they have found an owner with shared values and global ambitions and we have no doubt the business will continue its impressive growth journey under new ownership – it was a pleasure working with them and we wish them every success going forwards.”
